JACKSON GROUP PETERBILT INC is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Salt Lake, UT
ESSENTIAL, DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Attain the sales and gross profit objectives set by the parts manager by regularly calling on established customers; establishing new accounts and qualifying them, and aggressively selling all products available to the current application.
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers by maintaining familiarity with all vendor products and merchandising programs, dealership parts ordering and inventory systems, and dealerships credit policies; keeping in daily contact with at least the major accounts, and maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
Complete tasks within expenses budgeted for travel and entertainment.
Entertaining customers, such as lunches and dinners, away from the customers office.
Help set up training for customers.
Attend training seminars.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
3 years of parts merchandising-related experience.
2 years sales related experience.
Clean Driving Record.
Need to pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as occasional random drug testing.
